Cave Tubing


The caves are a place that the Mayan people used to transport goods. Over time many Mayan artifacts and human bones have been found in the caves, which were considered sacred places

You are going to an inner tube and then float in and out of the caves while learning about the spectacular rock formation the throughout each cave.

It’s a very easy tour and anyone can do it, the water is usually low so you don’t have to be a good swimmer.

The guides are super helpful and will help you gear up to get started floating. You will turn on your head lamp as you start to drift the caves that are approx.15-20ft high and about 20ft wide.
As you are discovering close up the magnificent cave structure you may come across observe sleeping bats


  • The time of year matters Expect to hike for about 30 minutes through the Belize Rain Forest
    45 Minutes of actual tubing
  • You will need to gear up with a helmet, headlight and water shoes.
  • There are change rooms at the park, so you can shower and change


  • Wear water shoes

  • There is a change room with stalls

  • Wear walking shoes

  • Bring a waterproof camera and sunblock!There are drinks and food for sale

  • Bring cash and small bills
